Ingredients Chana daal 100g Urad daal 100g Refined flour(maida) 500g Oil 1/2litre Heeng salt corriander pwd chilli pwd amchoor pwd garam masala pwd baking soda Fennel seed pwd Method Roughly grind the overnight soaked daal together.In a pan take 2 tbl spoon of oil &heat it.Put1/4teaspoon of heeng & add ground daal in it.Now add the spices in it.Saute it nicely till it becomes almost dry.
