Banana Wafers

Ingredients :- Banana (green)            6 Turmeric powder       1/2 teaspoon Salt                                 1/2 teaspoon Oil to fry Method:- Peel bananas and soak in water for 15 minutes.Drain the water and wipe banana with muslin cloth.Cut it in to thin chips. Mix turmeric and salt in one cup of water. Heat oil and deep fry the chips until water content is evaporated.Now add 1table spoon mixture of water salt and turmeric in the pan in which chips are being fried.Saute it till once again water contents are evaporated completely.Take the wafers out of the pan and spread it on a tissue paper Your golden yellow banana wafers are ready.

RAS MALAI

Ingredients:- 2 litre milk 1 lemon 1.5 cup sugar 5-6 strands of saffron Yellow food colour For garnishing Pistachio  Green cardamom Recipe:- Boil 1.5 l milk and cuddle it using lemon juice.Strain it to get the solid milk content that is cottage cheese.Wash it nicely to remove the sourness. Mash it nicely using finger tips for 20 min. Make it sure that cheese should look like a smooth dough.Make 20-25 small ballls using dough.In a broad pan pour sugar and 4 cups of water.Bring it to boil.Cook the balls in it for 20 min on high flame.Let it cool on room temperature Now boil the remaining milk . Add 1 spoon sugar,saffron and a pinch of yellow colour . Let it boil for 10 minutes. Squeeze the balls slightly and place it in the thickened milk.Garnish it with Pistachio and green cardamom.
