Ingredients:-
2 litre milk
1 lemon
1.5 cup sugar
5-6 strands of saffron
Yellow food colour
For garnishing
Pistachio

Recipe:-
Boil 1.5 l milk and cuddle it using lemon juice.Strain it to get the solid milk content that is cottage cheese.Wash it nicely to remove the sourness. Mash it nicely using finger tips for 20 min. Make it sure that cheese should look like a smooth dough.Make 20-25 small ballls using dough.In a broad pan pour sugar and 4 cups of water.Bring it to boil.Cook the balls in it for 20 min on high flame.Let it cool on room temperature
Now boil the remaining milk . Add 1 spoon sugar,saffron and a pinch of yellow colour .
Let it boil for 10 minutes. Squeeze the balls slightly and place it in the thickened milk.Garnish it with Pistachio and green cardamom.
