Ingredients:- Refined flour           3cups Chopped Spinach   2cups Salt                           to taste Ghee/oil                   for frying Recipe:- Mix flour,spinach,salt and 1and 1/2 cup ghee/oil to form a tough and smooth dough using lukewarm water. Leave it for half an hour. Take small portions of dough and give it desired shapes.Fry them on low flame till golden brown.

Meethe khurme / Shakkarpare

Ingredients:- Refined flour          2cups Ghee                        4cups Sugar                       2cups Recipe:- Mix 1cup ghee and refined with little amount of lukewarm water to make a tough and smooth dough.Leave the dough for half an hour.Divide the dough into 4 equal parts and roll each part of 1/2cm thickness.Cut it into small square pieces or required shapes.Deep fry it on a low flame till golden brown.Keep the fried pieces aside. Now take 1 cup water in the pan and add sugar in it and let it boil for 5 minutes(while boiling it keep stirring). To check the consistency of the syrup drop 2-3 drops of it in water if it settles in water, then the syrup is ready. Switch off the stove . Now pour all the fried...
