Palak mathhi

Ingredients:-
Refined flour           3cups
Chopped Spinach   2cups
Salt                           to taste
Ghee/oil                   for frying
Recipe:-
Mix flour,spinach,salt and 1and 1/2 cup ghee/oil to form a tough and smooth dough using lukewarm water. Leave it for half an hour. Take small portions of dough and give it desired shapes.Fry them on low flame till golden brown.
