Butter Chicken

INGREDIENTS:

Chicken.                          750gm
Curd.                                1cup
Onion paste.                   1½cup
Ginger_garlic paste.      1tbl spn
Tomato puree.                1cup
Cashewnut paste.           ½cup
Good grade orange.        ¼tea spn
colour
Kasoori methi.                 1tea spn
Butter.                                50gm
Cream.                               100gm
Oil.                                       2 tbl spn
Salt
Chilly pwdRoast
Pepper pwd
Garam masala pwd

RECIPE:
Wash the chicken pieces and let the extra water drain properly .Add curd ,1tsp ginger garlic paste, salt, pepper pwd, chilly pwd. Mix it well and keep it in refrigerator for one hour.Roast the marinated chicken pieces at180 degree for 10 min
FOR GRAVY
Take oil in a pan add onion and ginger garlic paste and fry it for 10 min on medium flame.Add tomato puree and kaju paste in it and again fry it .Then add salt , chilly powder, sugar,garam masala, and pepper pwd.Let it fry nicely till it starts leaving oil.Put the roasted chicken pieces into it fry it .Add butter and keep trying it on low flame for at least 20 min or till the chicken is tender.Add one cup of water and boil it nicely till the gravy thickens.Add cream and kasoori methi ,cover the pan with lid and after 5 min butter Chicken will be ready to serve
