RECIPE
Peel and cut potato in the shape of fingers.Leave them in salt water for 15 min.Drain it and keep on a muslin cloth for 10 min.Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the potato fingers.In another frying pan take 1 tsp of oil ,add sesame and let it crackle.Fry onion till translucent.Add fried fingers capsicum and green chillies.Sprinkle salt and chilly pwd .Every thing is to be done on high flame.Add both the sauces 1 table spoon each.In the end add 1tsp vineger.Serve hot.
