Baked vegetable

INGREDIENTS:-
Chopped veg                     2cup
(Carrot,capsicum moshroom,còrn,peas)
Diced cottage cheese      1/4
                                              Cup
All purpose flour                2tsp
Milk                                   300ml
Mozerella cheese
Butter
Salt
Sugar
Pepper powder

RECIPE:-
Boil water with one tsp salt.Add diced vegetables into it.Switch off the stove.Leave the vegetables in water for 5 min.Now drain the water.For white sauce , saute flour in one tablespoon butter add milk into it and stir quickly so that no lumps should  form.Add one tsp sugar , pinch of pepper, and salt to taste.Add blanched veg and diced cottage cheese .Keep on stirring till it thickens.Pour it in a baking dish and spread grated cheese over it.Bake it at 180 degree for 15 min
Now its time to enjoy  the delicious baked veg
