Chicken Korma

Ingredients:-
Chicken                      500gm
Roasted corriander
seeds                         2tsp
Chilli powder               1/2tsp
garam masala          1/2tsp
Salt to taste
Oil
Chopped onion         2cups
Ginger garlic paste    2tsp
Thick Curd                  1cup

Recipe:-

Fry 1and half cup chopped onion in 2 table spoon oil.Take the onion out of the oil.Grind fried onion ,roasted corriander seeds and curd together till it becomes a smooth paste.
In the remaining oil fry remaining onion & ginger garlic paste till translucent.Now add chicken pieces and salt.Fry it on high flame till chicken changes its colour and becomes golden brown. Add onion paste chilly powder and garam masala powder and cook it on low flame till tender.Add few spoons of pure ghee and saute for 10 minutes. Add 1 cup of boiled water and cook for 5 min.
Chicken korma is ready to serve.
