VEG KEBABS

Ingredients:-
Kidney beans                      100g
Black gram                          100g
Lotus stem                           1
(Kamal kakdi)
Chopped onion                   1 cup
Chopped green chillies
Chilly powder                     1tsp
Corriander powder            1tsp
Garam masala powder      1/2tsp
Dry mango powder            1tsp
Salt to taste
Gram flour                            1cup
Oil for frying
Method:-
Soak kidney beans and black gram in water over night.Drain it and boil it with lotus stem.Now grind it till it turn into a thick paste.Dry roast gram flour on low flame.Add all the spices , roasted gram flour,green chilly and onion in thick paste. Give this mixture the shape of kebabs and shallow fry it on a flat pan till crispy on both the sides.
Serve it hot with crispy paranthas ,coriander chutney and onion rings.
