SOYA KEBABS
INGREDIENTS:
Soya granules 1cup
Chana dal 1/4cup
Black cardamom 2
Cinnamon 1"
Pepper corn 10-12
Clove 4
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Chopped onion 1/2cup
Garlic clove 6
Ginger 1"
Corriander leaves
Dry mango powder 1/4tsp
RECIPE
Soak soya granules in boiling water for 15 min.Boil chana dal alongwith garlic, ginger, whole spices and salt.Use only that much water which can be absorbed in dal.Grind all the material together.Mix chopped onion salt and dry mango powder in it.Give the shape of kebabs and shallow fry it on low flame till golden brown.
Garnish with corriander leaves.Serve hot with green chutney and rumali roti
