Vegetable Grilled sandwich

INGREDIENTS:

Chopped vegetable         1cup (cabbage,capsicum,bell pepper ,carrot)             
Cottage cheese         10 dice
Fresh cream                3 tsp
Veg mayonese           1tbsp
Salt
Pepper pwd
Sandwich bread
Butter or olive oil

Recipe:
Mix all the ingredients(except bread and butter) together.Spread it on bread.Place another bread slice on it.Apply butter or oil on it.Grill it till golden brown.If you don't have griller,it can be toasted in a flat pan on low flame.
