Gujiya

Ingredients:-
Refined flour          2cups
Ghee                        4cups
Sugar                       1cups
Mawa/khoya           1cup
Dry fruits     as desired
Recipe:-
For dough
Mix 1cup ghee and refined with little amount of lukewarm water to make a tough and smooth dough.Leave the dough for half an hour.

For filling
Saute mawa on low flame till light brown.Let it cool down.Mix powderd sugar and finely chopped dry fruits in it.


Do as directed in the video.Deep fry the gujiyas on low flame till golden brown.
