Shahi Paneer
Ingredients:-
Paneer 250gm
Cashews(kaju) 1cup
Fresh cream 100ml
Tomato puree 1cup
Capsicum(diced) 2
Finely chopped onion 1medium
Turmeric pwd 1/2tsp
Salt to taste
Chilli pwd to taste
Corriander pwd 1/4tsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Paneer 250gm

Capsicum(diced) 2
Finely chopped onion 1medium
Turmeric pwd 1/2tsp
Salt to taste
Chilli pwd to taste
Corriander pwd 1/4tsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Recipe:-
Soak cashews for 1/2 an hour and grind it into a smooth paste. Take oil in a pan. Add chopped onion and saute it till it turns translucent. Add tomato puree and all the spices in it. Let it simmer for 10 minutes. Add diced capsicum and fresh cream to it. Let it boil for 5 minutes. Add paneer cubes to it and leave it on low flame till it reaches the right consistency. Garnish it with fresh cream.
