Paneer 200g
Boiled potatoes 3-4
Malai(cream) 100ml
Oil to fry
Pepper powder 1/2tsp
Salt to taste
Cashew nut 100g
Ginger 1 inch
Green chilli 3-4
Kasuri Methi 1tsp
Sugar 1tsp
Recipe:-
Soak cashew nuts for half an hour. Grind soaked cashewnuts green chillies and Ginger into a smooth paste. Mash paneer and boiled potatoes together. Add Salt and Pepper to the mashed paneer mixture. Make paneer balls with creamy Centre as shown in the video.
Now deep fry the Paneer balls until golden brown.
Take 1 tbsp oil in a pan and add cashew nut paste to it. Add salt pepper and sugar to it. Keep frying it till it starts leaving oil. Add cream and a little amount of water to it. Let it boil for 10 minutes. then turn off the gas. Add kasuri Methi and the fried paneer balls to it.
Cover the pan for few minutes so that the balls can soak the gravy nicely.
Serve hot with lachha paratha.
