Gulab Jamun
Ingredients:- Mawa 500g Sugar 4 cups Refined flour 100g Desi ghee (oil) for frying Green cardamom 3-4 Method:- Mix mawa and refined flour together nicely. For mixing use your palm to make the mixture smooth.Knead it till it turns into a smooth dough. Now make small ballls of it using your palmsmPour Desi ghee in a deep frying pan and start frying the balls on a low flame till the balls turn golden brown On another stove prepare sugar syrup.For the sugar syrup take a big pan ,take sugar and 2cups of water in it.Let it boil till the sugar melts completely. Add cardamom and let it boil for 2 minutes more. Add the fried balls into luke warm sugar syrup. Make it sure that balls of mawa must go directly into the sugar syrup. Leave it 10 minutes and gulab jamun are ready to serve.
