DAHI KEBAB
Ingredients :-
Curd 500g
Roasted gram flour 3 teaspoon
Finely chopped onion
Chopped green chillies
Few corriander leaves
Salt to taste

Oil to fry
Method:-
Take a muslin cloth and hang the curd in it for at least two hours so that you can get hung curd.
Mix all the ingredients (except oil) in it.
Give the shape of kebabs and shallow fry them using oil in a flat pan till they become golden brown.
Kebabs are ready .Serve hot with lemon slices,onion rings and green chutney.
