KESARIYA RAWA(SUJI) HALWA
INGREDIENTS
Rawa or suji 1cup
Sugar 1cup
Green cardamom 4-5
Saffaronstrands 6-8
Deshi ghee(clarified butter) 2tbsp
Chopped Almonds 10-12
Raisins 25 g
Water

METHOD
Take ghee in frying pan and saute rawa in it on a low flame till it becomes very light pink and starts giving aroma.Remove the pan from stove.Take another pan with 2 cups of water in it . Add sugar cardamom and saffaron strands in it.Put the pan on stove and let it boil till the sugar completely dissolves .Now add tried rawa in it and cover the pan with a tight lid.Switch off the stove.After 10 min open the lid and mix it well.Garnish with almonds ,raisins and saffaron.
Kesariya rawa halwa is ready to serve.
