Dahi Chicken (starter)



INGREDIENTS :-
Chicken 500g
Curd        300g
Green chilly    4-6
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder 1/2tsp
Kasoori methi 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
METHOD:-
Mix all the ingredients in a pan. Put chicken in it. Keep it in refrigerator for 30 min.
After 30min put it on high flame till it becomes dry.Sprinkle kasuri methi and mix it well.Switch off the gas stove
Serve it hot with sliced lemon and onion rings
