Mutton Shami Kebabs

INGREDIENTS :-
Mutton mince               500g
Chana dal                       150g
Green cardamom         4
Black cardamom          2
Cinnamon                      1
Pepper corn                   15
Cloves                              5
Ginger                             1
Garlic                              12 cloves
Salt to taste
Oil
For Garnishing        Onion lemon and
                               Corriander leaves
METHOD:-
Put all the ingredients tegether in a pan , add 1/4 cup of water and pressure cook it 10 min on high flame then 5 min on low flame.As the pressure releases grind it coarsely.It will be better if you use grinding stone.
Now the bayter for shami kebabs is ready.Take small portion of it , give it the shape of kebab and shallow fry it using oil till it turns golden brown.Garnish it with onion rings ,lemon, and corriander leaves.
Serve it hot with mint dip.
