White Sesame (Til) Laddu Ingredients SEASME                     400g PEANUT(roasted)     150g Sugar pwd(bura)        250g Milk                             1/2cup Recipe Dry roast sesame till it crackles properly.Grind  seasme and roasted peanuts . Mix them well.Add sugar powder.Add milk in it.Mix it nicely with your hands till it turns to a nice dough.Make laddus as shown in video.

Ingredients:- Refined flour          2cups Ghee                        4cups Sugar                       1cups Mawa/khoya           1cup Dry fruits     as desired Recipe:- For dough Mix 1cup ghee and refined with little amount of lukewarm water to make a tough and smooth dough.Leave the dough for half an hour. For filling Saute mawa on low flame till light brown.Let it cool down.Mix powderd sugar and finely chopped dry fruits in it. Do as directed in the video.Deep fry the gujiyas on low flame till golden brown.

Ingredients:- Refined flour           3cups Chopped Spinach   2cups Salt                           to taste Ghee/oil                   for frying Recipe:- Mix flour,spinach,salt and 1and 1/2 cup ghee/oil to form a tough and smooth dough using lukewarm water. Leave it for half an hour. Take small portions of dough and give it desired shapes.Fry them on low flame till golden brown.

Ingredients:- Refined flour          2cups Ghee                        4cups Sugar                       2cups Recipe:- Mix 1cup ghee and refined with little amount of lukewarm water to make a tough and smooth dough.Leave the dough for half an hour.Divide the dough into 4 equal parts and roll each part of 1/2cm thickness.Cut it into small square pieces or required shapes.Deep fry it on a low flame till golden brown.Keep the fried pieces aside.
